Help Shape Multnomah County's New Website
NWCC is hosting a community feedback session in the Pearl District — participants receive a $75 gift card.
Multnomah County is currently working on a transformation of its website, multco.us, with the goal of making information, services, and resources easier for community members to find and use.
NWCC is appreciative that Multnomah County reached out and asked to host one of these community feedback sessions at our office in the Pearl District. The County recognizes the engagement and community connections NWCC has within the Pearl and is interested in hearing directly from residents and stakeholders in Northwest Portland as they work to improve the website experience.
If you have ever visited the County's website, you know it contains a tremendous amount of information about services, programs, departments, public health, housing, transportation, elections, and much more. The County is looking for feedback from real users to better understand what works, what doesn't, and how they can make information more accessible and easier to navigate.
Recruitment for these sessions is now underway. Please see the attached graphic for details on how to apply to participate. Participants selected for the process will receive a $75 gift card as a thank-you for their time and feedback.
This is a great opportunity to help improve how residents access County information and services while ensuring Northwest Portland voices are part of the conversation.
